We’re almost using Strategy+Business’ article today on the retail banking sector’s use of socialmedia as an excuse to link another article by the same source. While the “Banking on Social Media” piece has merits for those interested in banking and trying to gain insights for (and “from” in this case) other sectors, “The Rise of Generation C” is a more “fundamental” piece. We recommend reading both, but read “Rise” first. The “C” is for “Connected”, in case you don’t click right away.
